Detailed Description

Main use: The Foam Re-bounding Machine includes one set of mixing drum for mixing & stirring foam flocks with adhesive and one set of rebounded foam mould with oil hydraulic pressure. At the bottom of the mixing drum There is a fall plate which is driven by pneumatic device, The foam flocks that come from Foam Crushing Machine are blown into the mixing drum. After the mixing, the mixture is dropped down into a automatic movable mold( L2000mm x W1500mm x H1000mm) where it goes under hydraulic pressure to become bonded foam. this machine also equipped with steam system, and its production is much higher. Specification: o Mixing drum capacity: 10m3 o Mixing speed: 0-50rpm o oil hydraulic pressure: 12000kg o Two sets of standard mouldings : L2000mm x W1500mm x H1000mm o Floor space : L6000mm×W4000mm×H5200mm
