Main Use:
1) Furniture & Bedding ( sponge - foaming - flexible - Flexible foam - polyurethane foam )
2) Insulation ( rigid polyurethane for roofs, floors, housing, metal sandwich panels, buildings, warehouses, coldstores.
These qualities make polyurethane an excellent insulant in roofs, wall cavities and under floors in residential housing. Polyurethane is also used in metal sandwich panel insulation for industrial and commercial buildings such as warehouses and coldstores.
As well as rigid foam, polyurethane insulation can also be applied in the appropriately coated spray form to insulate floors, walls and ceilings.
3) BATCH FOAM?NG : flexible and rigid polyethers, polyesters, polyether amines, polyurea amines, propylene oxide, polyols and fully formulated polyurethane systems and polyurea systems.
4) FOAM / SPONGE PRODUCTION MACHINE (BATCH FOAMING MACHINE)
Foam/Sponge producing machine with pneumatic motion, which can be used with rectangular, cubic and cylindrical molds. The speed of the mixer can be controlled electronically from control panel. The whole raw-materials are put in to the tank manualy. Used in bed, furniture and all kind sponge producing factories.
