Located at 86 Changling road in Fenghua Zhejiang province, Fenghua Xingye Sealing Company encompa-sses 4,800 square meters of which 3,600 square meters are covered for production and administration bu-ildings. With 20 technicians among over 80 employees, the company is awarded with AAA grade creditability.
Up to date, the company has a variety of 60 sets of special and general mechanical equipment including la-rge-sized vacuum reaction burning congeal stove, variety of lathe, millers, grinder, drilling machine, sawmill, presser, polisher, emery sprayer, electric sparkling cutting machine, and stove for heating treatment, a fairly comprehensive productivity is promised. Meanwhile, by passing through ISO-9001 Quality System and inst-allation of specialized and advanced testing equipment such as material inspection facility, optical plane in- strument , hardness tester , spring tester , and standing experimental table , the product quality is assured.
Currently the company has reached a high standard level among China seal industry in terms of its overall power , and is renowned as a very advantaged , characterized and specialized manufacturer of mechanical seals. Main products are as mechanical purpose seals combinations for spinning axis equipment such as kinds of pumps, reaction cauldrons, centrifuges, filters, mixers and freezers of ISO 3069 International stan-dard, GB 6556 Chinese standard, DIN 24960 German standard and API 682 American Petroleum Associa-tion standard ; Friction accessories for mechanical sealing of Silicon Carbide , Wolftam Carbide , Nitrogen Silicon, Ceramics and Graphite Carbide.
In 2002, we invested 15,000,000 yuan to establish Ningbo Fulai mechanical sealing company with American and the main capital belongs to the Fenghua Xingye Sealing Company . It locates at Fenghua New Techno - logy Zone and encompasses 16,000 square meters of which 10,500 square meters are covered for produ-ction buildings. Our products sell to more than 20 provinces at home and they are also sold to abroad such as United States , Canada , European , Austrian , New Zealand , Mid-east , and Southeast Asian . The main customers are large or medium size pump enterprises, TION and CNPC.
