There are two types of precast tank available, ECPC type and porcelain enamel type. A. ECPCprecast tank ECPC precast tank is assembled by special steel plate, special sealing material, self- lock bolt and others. The steel plate surface has been treated and formed an even layer of protection coat, which can meet the client needs in hardness, adhesion, corrosion proof and impact proof. B. Porcelain enamel precast tank After pre-treatment, the specially made steel plate will be coated with 2-3 layers of porcelain enamel on both sides and then be heated for polymerization, to enforce the adhesion between steel plate and porcelain enamel coat. Use special sealing material on the inside of overlapped two steel plates and then use self-lock bolt to assemble them together. Quick installation and low consumption.
