FEATURES OF MANUAL MOLD SILICON RUBBER: 1. high temperature resistance 2. low shrinkage 3. non-deformation 4. good elasticity 5. high temperature resistance ,acid and alkali-resistance and aging resistance 6. favorable hardness 7. light viscosity and good liquidity 8. low shrinkage 9. no-deformation 10. easy-operation 11. favorable tensile-strength MODELS: HY528 / HY-540 / HY-570 HY-528: 1. it is applicable to make molds for small size product . 2. 2-3 reproduction times. 3. its hardness is 25-30 shore A. HY-540: 1. its quality is higher than the other two models . 2. it is moderate hardness . 3. 20-30 times reproduction 4. its hardness is 38-40. HY570: 1. it is applied to make molds for large size., such as electronic equipment antivibration. 2. its hardness is 65-75 shore A.
