To each project, we strictly follow the process flow to coordinate and cooperate with each other as a whole. Our main process flow is as follows;
A Trading department select materials based on client’s confirmed sample and ensure the stone materials are obtained from same quarry and quarry layer.
B Technology department study in detail the drawing and sufficiently understand the drawing to give field technical clarification, make production drawing composing, numbering chart. Make sure the workshop workers can follow the drawing and process orderly. Technical lofting can be done when is necessary.
C Production department select the materials on the basis of Solid Drawing Composing Graph. Starting from the block, every part of each block should match the corresponding point of the elevation, so that the materials to be used will be unified.
D Workshop workers strictly follow every quality standard to execute works like sawing, gluing, protecting, polishing, cutting, drawing composing, edging and packing.
E Quality Control department strictly examine every working procedure and control final inspection to ensure producing excellent products. Offgrade products will be treated as faulty goods.
