We could supply flame retardant 100% polyester filament fiberFR polyester filament fiber is made of phosphorus FR polyester chips through melt spinning. Products include FR polyester DTY ( 150d～300d /36f～72f). Products are featured for their stable quality and low denier difference, high intensity and even dyeing. Our products can meet the standard BS5867 and other standard, so they are enjoying good reputation among our customers. We are specialized in permanent fire-retardant additives for polyester fabrics and products finished thereof, which have passed various tests of standards both in home and abroad, such as GB5454、BS5852、CPAI 84-1995、CFR 1615/1616. We look forward to cooperate with all interested parties. Fire-retardant fabrics include: 24s*24s/76*60/59"、63"、75"、100";30s*30s/76*60/59"、63"、75"、100";30s*150D/86*68/59"、63"、75"、100";16s*16s/112*52/59"、63"、75"、100" and any other fabrics produced on demand.
“Jitong Brand” fire-retardant products are best known for being innocuous, low exposure of smoke and no erosion. Their quality is rather consistent and the max oxygen index exceeds 30%. Furthermore, they have passed the standard of BS—5852, and enjoy same technical level as Trevira-CS and Heim. Due to the advanced technology adopted, their cost and therefore prices are much lower than their foreign counterparts, and have been exported to dozens of countries and regions like USA, Britain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong.
We are specially engaged in manufacturing monomer of phosphorous copolymerized fire-retardant additive, fire-retardant chips, permanent fire-retardant filament and staple fibers, permanent fire-retardant yarns, full and semi fire-retardant fabrics, which are available throughout the year.
