Cutting Oils -ASTAT- It is produced on the basis of high-molecular acids, mineral oils and other additives. Contains in the structure highly effective means from corrosion, to be applied in many processes of metal working black and nonferrous metals, possesses high cooling, greasing and preserving ability. Application of the given greasing improves a class of cleanliness of processed details (any kinds are sharp also grinding operation) reduces deterioration of the tool in 1,5 – 2 times, protects details of machine tools from corrosion, and at the expense of the raised greasing properties considerably reduces deterioration of directing and other rubbing details of machine tools. It is used at machining of various classes steels (both аustenite steel, and heat-resistant steel), aluminium and its alloys, copper and its alloys, and also other nonferrous metals. At processing of metals well moistens and cools it, thus there is no smoke blanketing by products of combustion of oil . It is delivered in the concentrated kind, a working solution make in the ratio 1:15-20.
