Features: The malting plant is composed of barley selection, barley washing machine, malting unity machine, blower, hot air blower, malt deculming machine, quota packaging machine, and elevator and conveys system. Barley selection machine: It is used for selecting the barley and removing large impurities, small impurities and light impurities. There is a iron removing unit to remove iron impurities.
Barley washing machine:It based on the different setting velocities of barley and impurities, the washing machine can separate impurities including Bingjian Stone in the similar size with barley. The de-stoning procedure is omitted; therefore, the cost is reduced. The environmental dust is controlled efficiently in the process of de-impurity process so that the working environment is improved, meanwhile, during the cleaning process the barley has received waters pre-soap which will contribute to the germination effect.
Blower: It is used for barley soaking and ventilation while germination. While soaking, especially in the water, the blender, which is subsidiary in the malting apparatus integrative machine, should be opened so as to improve ventilation effect. During the germination, open the blower.
Hot air generator: It is used for the ventilation of green malt drying.
Deculming machine:It can be employed in malt factories in eliminating rhizome after drying; cleaning out impurity and dirt from during operation through wind power and separating malt rhizome and finished dry malt, so we can get qualified and clean finished malt.
Quota packing machine:
It is used to measure and pack the deculmed malt and it can fill malt to packing bags according to the fixed packing amount.
Malting unity machine: It the three main processes of barley-soaking, germination and drying that the barley-malt process experiences are carried out in the malting unity machine.
It completely changes the traditional malting system, leaves out soaking malt, drying and other multi-storied building, and leaves out the germination boxes, the brick-concrete structure and other civil engineering, but also save the material handling from the soaking malt, germination to drying, to save costs and improve productivity.Compared with the conventional malting system, the construction work can be reduced more than 80%.
