Machine’s Use: The device is designed for the production base with a hot bending glass wash basin manufacturer, mainly for tempering onnective and separate washbasins. The mold is simplely to make and transition quickly, with little power consumption and high efficiency. Principles and structure Description: The machine's working principle is: When the temperature reaches a certain value, moved mold along with glass wash basin into furnace for heating to the required temperature, and then a car will send it to cooling department automatically When cooling well ,a tempering glass wash basin is finished. The mahine is made up by working area, heating area and tempering part, the furnace body is made from steel ,inside the furnace combined with high-grade cotton and fiber insulation to form a double thermal protection, the furnace heating controls by 12 areas. The temperature is Controled intelligently by PLC. The strengthen area made up by fan and wind transmission grid composition, the air pressure,and the wind grid position is adjustble. Seifications and tecnial parameter 1.Glass Thickness: 12mm-19mm. Maximum curvature: 190mm Maximum size: length 1500mm * Width 600mm 2. Power 110KW 3.
