Located at No.422 Zhuangshi Road, Zhenhai Zone of Ningbo City, Ningbo Juncheng Metal Pipe Co., Ltd is a large company that specialized in producing spiral and longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe established in 2002, and with 30km away from Lishe (Ningbo) Airport to its south, 25 km away from Beilun port to its west, it enjoys convenient transportation.
We have five advanced production lines, two automatic coating lines. Most of the key equipments are imported from USA, Germany, Japan, and now we can produce piling pipe, water pipe, oil&gas pipe, structure pipe with a lot of standards. Our annual capacity is around 300,000 ton.
Among the five producing lines, three are SSAW lines, which can produce OD from 219--3000mm, Wall thickness from 5--26mm spiral pipes. One new line is beside our new 10,000 ton own port, with the convenience of the port, we produced one 102 meters long pipe without butt-weld and transported directly onto the piling site with barge.This pipe is the longest pipe in China. Two are LSAW lines, which can produce OD from 508--5000mm, wall thickness from 5--70mm longitudinal pipes.
The two automatic coating lines can coat OD from 50--3000mm pipes with 3PE, FBE, 2-3 Layer FBE. These kind of coating is totally indoor, and almost without any limitation of the weather. So it is very fast, stable, and popular.
Believing that quality is everything for company's development, we have got international ISO9001-2000 quality management system certificate, API 5L certificate, ISO 14001-2004 Environment management system certificate, GB/T 28001-2001 Health and safety management certificate. And we have strict QC on our whole production process e.g. from the raw material to finished products. The methods we used for testing includes ultrasonic test, X-ray test, hydraulic test etc., assuring that customers get reliable products.
Now our main products are widely used in a lot of countries in the world, such as Singapore, Thailand, Holland, USA, Venezuela, Iran, Hongkong etc.The company's annual sales revenue has reached 150million USDollars.
