Polyester Spiral Dry Screen: Material: Polyester monofilament. Uses and Features: Polyester spiral dry screen is mainly used in the drying part of paper-making machines, drying process of printing and dying and other industrials. Polyester Spiral Filter Screen: This kind of polyester mesh is made with polyester spiral dry screen, filled with stuff to reduce the air permeation and to intensify the opening, hence to reduce the material loss from the mesh opening. Polyester spiral filter screen is mainly used in sludge desiccation, paper pulp washing, coal washing, chemicals, dehydration of wine bran, vinegar bran dehydration and other industries. Polyester dryer woven mesh screen can be divided into three sheds and four sheds according to weaving patterns. It can be divided into one and half mesh, double layer mesh and flat dryer mesh according to the difference of fabric layer. It can be divided into inserting type, slotting type, slotting ring and spiral ring connecting types according to the different connecting types. Three-shed series one and half layer mesh is suitable for drying of paper under 70gram. Four-shed series double layer dryer screen is suitable for paper with a weight more than 70gram. 4106 round thread screen and flat thread screen are suitable for thin papers with weight under 60gram. Polyester forming fabrics can be divided into 4-shed, 5-shed, 7-shed, 8-shed,16-shed and 24-shed according to the weaving patterns. It can be divided into single layer fabric, double layer fabric, two and half layer fabric and three layer fabric according to the difference of fabric layers. 4-shed single layer polyester fabric is suitable for making culture paper, printing and packing papers etc; 5-shed single layer polyester fabric is suitable for making sanitary, culture and packing papers etc; 8-shed single layer polyester fabric is suitable for making high basic weight corrugated and packing papers etc; 7-shed double layer polyester fabric is suitable for making of high grade print paper and tissue papers; 8-shed double layer polyester fabric is suitable for making high grade print paper, tissue paper and pulp of board paper, etc; 16-shed double and a half layer fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper, tissue paper and surface pulp, inner pulp and base pulp of the board paper, etc; Multi-shed three-layer polyester fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper, tissue paper and cigarette paper, etc.
