Suitable for Magnetic Materials Field, Development of New Material Technical data: Magnet is mainly formed through the following processes: preparing well the oxidation of Fe2O3, BaCo3, or SrCo3 metal powder in precise quantities, dry-mix, pelletize, calcine, wet-ground and spray-dry it,There are two methods of manufacturing magnet materials: dry method and wet method, the dry method uses the metal-oxide powder as the original material, then mixture or sinter the ferromagnetic oxide powder under high temperature; wet method uses the metal brine as the original material, including the processes of precipitation, formation, drying and heat treatment. Soft Ferrites in the time of delivery to be measured as below: High value of Saturation flux density Bs Low value of Coercive field Hc High value of ermeabilityμ High value of Resistivity ρ Saturation flux density Bs related to the densification of materials。The density is greater then the Bs is higher. From the production process we can see a large difference between the sintered density and green density. That is because during the sintering process, the combination of particles makes particles’ growth caused by the contraction. Without measuring the forming green density, the sintered product may cause deformation phenomenon due to its shrinkage and that will waste raw materials and increase the cost. Bulk density:when we calculate the density, the volume should include the closed pores and the open pores. There’re two measuring methods: one is the Archimedean saturation method,the other is sealing wax method. Apparent density:calculating the density including the close pores, while the open pores not included.
