MMT-DPW Series Brushless Speed Regulation System Ⅰ.Introduction of drive characteristics 1. Large power, this series product has 0.4KW, 0.75KW, 1.5KW to be selected. Meet the requirements of low and medium power applications. 2. Compact volume, side installation and space saving. 3. Up to three input methods: analog, frequency signal, pulsed width signal (PWM). Convenient and easy to operate. 4. Drive brushless motor which includes open-loop and closed-loop control modes and achieves high torque operation at low speed with Hall speed measurement. Stable operation with rotating speed of less than 10 rpm can be achieved by selecting matching brushless motor. 5. Single AC220V power input, convenient for use. 6. Braking input terminals special for brushless motor can achieve quick stop. 7. The input signal gain can be adjusted to meet various speed requirements of brushless motors. 8. Soft braking improves reliability. 9. Photoelectric isolation of pulse width and pulse signal input. 10. Extremely competitive price. 11. Select the third generation IGBT with less heat. 12. 20 KHz PWM pulse width modulation to eliminate chopper noise. 13. Provide the motor enable input terminal for convenient use. (Off-line signal) 14. The output of ENCA+, ENCA-, ENCB+, ENCB- can connect the controller for counting. 15. The power supply lines, lines of encoder and input signal lines are all connected by using connectors for convenient system maintenance. 16. Select super processing chip of 16 bits to achieve high speed and high performance. 17. The internal construction of speed loop parameters needs no adjustment and is convenient and practical. 18. Width range of speed regulation ( the external pulse input can reach 1:500) Ⅱ. Scope of application: It is widely used in occasions which frequency converters were used before, so as to improve system performance (speed regulation range, accuracy) and reduce cost.
