Model HBE-3000JMT1 computer display Brinell hardness tester is a new type used combination of optical precision machinery, electricity, computer software . It can test Brinell hardness by the CCD putting measuring diameter of the indentation into the computer monitor, by mouse clicksing directly measure Brinell hardness value. The type has beautiful and generous design, replacing manual measurement of indentation diameter with a microscope, direct use of computer measuring software to operate. Make measyring process convenient and quick , to reduce the human eye fatigue, computer software can be continuously amended hardness value, measuring accuracy is better than ordinary Brinell Hardness tester. It maily be applied to cast iron, steel, nonferrous metal materials, in addition, the hardness measurement of rigid plastic, bakelite, and other non-metallic materials, such as non-metal hardness measurement.It is applied to factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and research institutions.
