History:
Since the beginning in 1996, Step-Forward enjoyed steady growth and accumulated experience and knowledge in the manufacture of chairs mainly for Outdoor-Indoor-Kids leisure life. During the course of 12 years,step by step we threw ourselves into OEM & Customizing according to customer's request. Under combination of own-made and some correlative leisure products stocked from associated manufacturers in China, by now we’ve extended to a more comprehensive range leisure products covering 3 product category divisions (outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, kids stuff) under.
We are proud that Step-Forward’s leisure products today are enjoyed worldwide.
R & D:
Our R&D team is committed to continuously creating new and trendy models. Of course,at the same time we constantly seek high quality in all details as well. We appreciate and value your kind help and suggestions which enable us to better understand your needs.
QC & Testing:
Our QC team is committed to very thorough inspection of each order to ensure full compliance with the quality requests and standards. Our inspection process covers with 4 divisions – initial sample / pre-production / production / loading.
All our products undergo strict testing to comply with their routine and basic standards at our side primarily,which are with reference to impact,structure stability and resistance,max capacity,toxicity elements and so on. At the same time,we also accept and assort the nominated third party organization of Inspection or Test such as SGS,CTS & CTL etc..
Production:
Most products we offer are manufactured in our factory which is located in Cultural & Tourism Products Industrial Zone,Jinhua city,Zhejiang Province,China. We’re in possession of a 58,000 sq.m. manufacturing center,strong technical power,self-contained machinery and ample storage facilities. And we’ve been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification. All the time,our factory’s tenet is aiming at “Quality with Safety” and “Delivery within Allotted Time”.
