Dongguan Heshun Melamine Products Co., Ltd was founded in China in 2001, is a professional company driving development and production for Melamine dinnerwares and artificial ceramic products. Our factory with area of 25000 square meters and more than 800 workers, own regular construction and standard administration: Developing Dept, Printing Dept, Molding Dept, QC Dept, Packaging Dept and Marketing Dept, so that we can finish your OEM designs as soon as possible. There are more than 80 sets of Taiwan hydraulic molding machines, 100 sets of polishing machines, and full automatic packaging line. We can produce every kind of Melamine products for 5 to 8 containers everyday.
We have established business relationship with international famous brand and internal brand. We also have our own brand of “HS” and “JUHUA MELAMINE”, and also we have the special copyright of printing. At 2004, our company has pass ISO9001 successfully. We are also one of the companies firstly to get the license of National Industrial Product Manufacture Licensing Certificate in this trade.
Our products have many kinds and shapes, suitable for using in daily life. And they include: series of Melamine food plate, flat plate and fruit plate; Melamine rice bowl, soup bowl, salad bowl and noodle bowl; Melamine bowl, plate, spoon and fork for children; Melamine heat insulation mat and pan mat; Japanese plate, bowl and dish; cup and sets with many pieces ; bowls for pets. All these products are produced according to the criterion of international testing of FDA, EEC and EN71.
The feature of Melamine products: Their appearances are very nice and look like ceramic products, which are pressed under high temperature; rich in color, nontoxic, scentless; very strong for anti-cauterization, knock and strike; and can be cleared by dishwasher and disinfector; exchange heat slowly, non-injured hand; smooth edge thin texture, good for touching and easy to clear.
