Detailed Description
The deep groove ball bearing usually consists of a pair of ferrules, a group of cages and a group of steel balls. The deep groove ball bearing, which has a simple structure and convenient use, is a most universal bearing with the widest application. The bearing which is mainly used for bearing a radial load can also be used for bearing an axial load of certain amount in free directions. Within a certain range, when the radial oil clearance of the bearing is enlarged, the bearing can also bear a higher axial load with the feature of an angular contact ball bearing. When the deep groove ball bearing is assembled onto the axle, the axial displacement of the axle or the housing can be limited within the axial range of the bearing. At the same time, the bearing can still work normally when the housing hole and the axle (or the outer ring and the inner ring ) tilt relatively (from 8ˊto 16ˊ, determined by the play). The declination will inevitably reduce the service life of the bearing.
