We are Shanghai Dayou Adjustable bed Co., Ltd, a professional bed frame manufacturer and exporter.
We have seven years of manufacturing bed frame since 2002. We produce 3000 to 5000 pieces per day, and we build all of our bed frames from the highest quality and high carbon steel (strength the same as American-Standard ASNI rail track steel, specification1.18’’, 1.5’’), the feet can support a tremendous amount of weight, about 1200 pounds. We have three kinds of bed frame, including interlock bed frame, clamp bed frame, and keylock bed frame. Besides, caster, caster with break, glide, bracket and other bed frame accessories are made by us. We use large-scale equipment and mold, making hole sites molded once continuatively. Every product can be assembled very easily and the sizes are very precise (Twin/Full/Queen/Ca Kin/King).
