Langfang Hairi Casing Product Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2001,it’s a joint venture set up by Gu’an Haihe casing Product Co.,Ltd and Japan. The company located in Beijing,Tianjin,Baoding which is called “Golden Triangle Hinterland‿, and it’s next to 106 State Road and Beijing-Kowloon railway, the transportation is convenient. Our main products are salted sheep casing and salted goat casing. Having been in the salt business for more than 5 years, we has a certain production scale, and signed long-term supply contracts with foreign companies. Supply plentiful, quality assurance. We could also produce various casing products according to customers’requests. The annual output achieves more than 2000 casks, it’s one of the leading exporters in Langfang. Our products have become quick-selling products in the market of Europe,Japan and many other countries.
Our company covers 5000 square meters, and a building area of 1800 square meters, the facilities such as workshop,standard warehouses,refrigeration room,material room are all in readiness. The layout of factory likes a beautiful garden, clean and tidy. The workshop establishes disinfection room〿change room〿laboratory〿analysis room〿ventilation facility and drainage facility. In addition, refrigeration room guarantees the quality for the storage of raw materials and finished products. The whole manufacturing process and ancillary facilities are in accordance with international casings closed conveyor system standard. The company now has 110 employees, including 55 senior skilled workers, it turns into a strong technical support for products processing.
Our company has independent operating right of ex-import. According to the ISO9000 standard of quality management system and control theory of HACCP, has set up a strict system of quality-guarantee and safe hygiene-control, which has been monitoring the whole production procedure.
