Detailed Description
We custom all kinds aluminum tube / pipe bending products,
the tube can be pressed, bended / curved, reduced the
end/head, end expanded, cutted, head threaded, hole
Drilled, and drawn with various shapes. the bended tube use
in various area of trolly handle, bracket, line guider,etc.
All tube machining products can be made in our factory.
We open the bending die molds by ourself, adjust the
bending degrees with eyeballing and machine inspecting, we
check the quality on the production time after time.
Materials: tube of Aluminum,copper/brass,stainless
steel,and AL alloy, etc.
The technics & capabilities: Punching, cutting, bending,
reducing pressing, Drawn Shapes, components Assembly.
Finish treating: anodized, electroplating of
chrome/zinc/nickel plated,tinning,copperize,Colour
spray-painting,etc.
