Be it on your office floor, driveway, the local pond or river, this bad boy speeds across them all! The hovercraft is an all year round product, not restricted in the way R/C boats & cars are to weather conditions.Gliding along on a cushion of air, it not only works on land, but can also speed across water, ice and even snow! The craft contains three powerful engines which enable it to travel on both land and water.When you power up the hover you'll notice the main engine rev up, lifting the vehicle up on an air cushion created between the "skirt" of the vehicle and the ground surface, allowing it to float on an almost "frictionless" surface. Once the craft has lifted up, that's when the rear thrust fans start to take control. Control these fans using the remote controller to pilot your craft - using just one thrust fan will turn the hover, both fans forward will move the craft forward. Put one fan foward and the other into reverse and you can even turn the craft 360 degrees! The hovercraft will work best on smooth surfaces such as wooden flooring, carpet tiles, lino, and of course calm water! As the hovercraft principle relies on a creating a "seal" between the vehicle and the land, do not expect it to work as well on long pile carpets, grass, rocky ground or seas fit for surfing! Each hovercraft comes complete and ready to run with a rechargeable battery pack included. They run for about 15 mins, and then a simple recharge is required before the fun starts again.
