Hydraulic bushing is one of our main products Structure: 1.PTFE with oil fibre 0.01~0.03mm as sliding layer 2.Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm 3.Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm 4.Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm Characteristics: Oil lubricated conditions Low friction and good anti-wear performance over a wide range of load,speed and temperature conditions Very good performance in oil lubricated heavy duty hydraulic application Compared with PVB-10X, hydraulic bushings offer better anti-corrosion,wear, friction performance and chemical resistance Dry conditions; Performs well under light duty application, particularly suitable for intermittent operation under reciprocating or oscillating movements. Availability: 1. Standard cylindrical bushings, flanged bushings,thrust washers and strips are availabe 2. Special designs are produced at short notice 3.
