Jiangsu Giant Ally Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. is a high-tech products export-oriented enterprise, integrated with industry and trade. Giansun Group, as the majority shareholder in Giant Ally (GA), is composed of Giansun Mould Co., Ltd., Giansun Precision Components Co., Ltd., and Giansun Aluminum Profile Complete Plant Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The three subsidiaries all passed ISO9001:2000, the certification of international quality management system.
Giansun Mould Co., Ltd., one important subsidiary of Giansun Group, specializes in the Research & Development and manufacture of hot extrusion moulds and fittings for copper or aluminium profiles enterprises. We set up the research and development center in cooperation with Central South University in 2006 to offer the strong support on mould design and meet various kinds of requirements from the aluminum profiles manufacturers. All the moulds of high accuracy requirement are processed in the finishing workshop and the production capacity per month reaches 2000 sets. The monthly output for the mould of normal accuracy level is 2500 sets. For the mould with diameter above Dia.500mm, we can produce 300 sets per month. The maximum diameter that we can make reaches Dia.1250mm.
Giansun Precision Components Co., Ltd. is the core subsidiary of Giansun Group, specializes in high precision products manufacturing. We support high quality products for high-speed train, large metallurgical equipment, large airplane and other big projects. Our main products are rotor shaft and couple flange for very high-speed train, high-precision roller, heavy mill bearing support, high-accuracy flange, extrusion cylinder, large press extrusion fitting, and hydraulic system control block. We have established long relationships with world famous enterprises, such as Bombardier, Siemens, and Danieli. Also, we have business relationships with SWA, CNR and CSR.
Giansun Aluminum Profile Complete Plant Manufacturing Co., Ltd., one important subsidiary of Giansun Group, specializes in manufacturing special equipments for Aluminum Alloy Profiles enterprises and auxiliary equipment for Aluminum Extrusion Enterprises. The special equipment for aluminum enterprise such as hot-shear furnace, bar heating furnace and mould heating furnace, aging oven, profile saw, hauling machine and cooling bed are well recognized by consumers at once as well as extrusion cylinder, extrusion stem and Piercing Mandrel- fittings for extrusion press.
