Split pressurized solar water heater (FD-SP-01): Composed by heat collector, storage tank, controller and circulation pump and installation parts. Feature: 1. Water tank specification: A). Inner tank: SUS304-2B material, 100-150L, 1.2mm thickness, 200-500L 1.5mm thickness B. Insulation: 50mm polyurethane foam C). Outer tank: 0.5mm thickness galvanized steel material D). P/T reliefe valve, electrical heater element with thermolator E). Heat exchanger: 20m, 12mm diameter, 1mm thickness copper pipe 2. Solar collector specification: A). Frame: 2.75mm Aluminum alloy, 1.5mm thickness galvanized steel support B). 1mm thickness copper manifold C). Insulation: 20&25mm thickness silicate aluminum and 35mm thickness polyurethane foam D). 1.7m long copper heat pipe, 58mm diameter, 0.6mm thickness E). Nylon tube shoe and tube stopper, silicon gel ring F). 58mm diameter and 1800mm long, heat pipe 3. Working staion specification: A). Expansion tank: 8L volume, -10~90C operation temperature, 1Mpa maxium operation pressure B). Circulation pump: WILO RS15/6, three phases, 220V/50Hz C). Probe: Pressure&Temperature Probe D). Temperature sensor: Three temperature sensor&Electromagnetism valve E). Digital display: Temperature adjustor&Timing water supply 4. Woring principle of spilt pressurized solar water heater: A). The solar collector can connect to the pressured water tank and it can be installed on the flat with stand or mounting on the sloping roof without support stand B). The heat pipe vacuum tube absorbs the heat energy from sunlight, because there is a closed-loop between water tank and solar collector, so the heat can transfer to water tank from the solar collector C). The conduct medium is Glycol and water mixture, it can endure the very low temperature and anti freeze, meanwhile it can exchange heat energy with cold water in the water tank D). With help of the controller system, it can balance the temperature of the water tank and the solar collector. When the temperature difference is higher than preset value, the controller system will start the circulation pump and the heat energy can be transferred between the water tank and solar collector E). The controller can also control the electrical heater booster; The temperature can be preset with digital adjustor. When the T of the water in the water tank is higher than the preset value. It will start the electrical heater, when the temperature is higher than the preset value. The electrical heater will stop working. F). The water tank has a very long insulation period, so the temperature of the hot water can be protected for 72hours.
