Description: Pre-heated pressured solar water heater JIXIANG offers a range of high quality tanks designed especially for "Pre-heating". These tanks can be used in combination with existing electric/gas mains pressure water heaters, or even as stand alone low pressure hot water systems with the addition of electric elements or external gas boosting. Ideal for use as low pressure thermal stores, the JIXIANG pre-heating is available with the addition internal coil heat exchanger. J IXIANG “Pre-heating” solar water heater provide mains pressure via a high efficiency copper coil heat exchanger located within the tank. The way in which the mains pressure solar collector heats water is the same as the non-pressure solar collector. Rather than using the water in the tank directly as the non-pressure does, the type uses a 40m copper coil. A heat exchanger inside the tank provides more than 1.2m ² of heat transfer area. When cold water flows through the coil it absorbs heat from the water inside the pre-heating tank. The tank is therefore a thermal store. Working principles The main body of Lucky Solar Energy Water Heater pre-heated solar system consists of four parts, vacuum tubes, heat preservation tank , assistant tank and support frame. The chief heat-collected part is the vacuum tubes (infrared-reflection layer, absorbance layer, anti-reflection layer), which are made up of two borosilicate glass tubes using full automatic equipment and advanced international magnetron sputtering technology. The outside of the inner tube is coated with aluminum nitride layer or stainless aluminum nitride, which can endure a temperature up to 350℃. The coating absorbs sunlight exclusively (absorptance≥0.92, emittance≤0.09, 80℃). The vacuum tubes absorb sunlight and convert the solar energy into power. Due to the thermo-siphon effect, the hot water in the vacuum tubes flows into the tank and the cold water enters into the vacuum tubes. The circulation repeats and the water in tank becomes hot. Then when you add cold water in to the copper coil, the water in the tank will heat the water in the copper coil, after the water circulate a circuit ,the water will be heated too. The water you actually use is the water in the copper coil, it means it is the fresh water (there is no pollution in the water).
