Pcm≤0.21 3.Smelting method: refined in the electric furnace + refined outside the electric furnace + vacuum treatment Main Applications : 07MnCrMoVR and 07MnNiMoVDR mainly used in large storage tanks, large spherical tank, the oil platform,and other construction of large-scale projects. 07MnCrMoVR and 07MnNiMoVDR have adopted a number of new techniques, including quenched and tempered high-strength multi-micro-alloying treatment, vacuum treatment of liquid steel,degeneration treatment of impurity, rolling and controlled rolling as well as controlled cooling under low speed and high pressure conditions. On the foundation of ensuring high purity, high strength, high toughness and good welding performance of steel plate, our 07MnCrMoVR and 07MnNiMoVDR would meet the requirements of low weld crack sensitivity. The performance and advantages of 07MnCrMoVR and 07MnNiMoVDR: 07MnCrMoVR and 07MnNiMoVDR have good strength properties, good weldability, good internal quality, good anti-HIC and hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance to meet the requirements of low weld crack sensitivity and so on. Notes: 1.Standard: GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, DIN, BS, EN, ISO and relative standards are available for the customers' requirements. 2,The performance of Z15,Z25, Z35 are available for various grades. 3.US Tests: JB4730, GB/T2970, A435, A577, A588, JISG0801, JISG0901, SEL072, BS5996, NFS04-305 are supplemented by all testing means & devices. 4, Delivery States: Heat treatment facilities for hot-rolled, controlled rolling, normalizing, annealing, tempering,quenching, normalizing plus tempering, quenching and tempering and other delivery states are available for customers' requirements.
