Detail Company Introduction
Set up in 2002, Poly Plastic Masterbatch (SuZhou) Co., Ltd is a joint venture locating at Beiqiao town, Xiangcheng District of Suzhou. The whole company ground area is 20,000 square meters including the building area of 12,000 square meters.
So far, Poly Plastic has become a professional manufacturer of full rang of color masterbatch products. The products consist of various high-quality masterbatch for fiber, for PET, PA and PP and other functional masterbatch like the one for food-related industry and vehicle manufacturing industry. At present the company has 10 production lines well-equipped with twins-screw extruders, 3 single-screw extruders, Banbury mixers, plastic grinding machine and triple rollers grinding machines. The annual output of the company is 9,000 tons.
In August, 2008, Poly Plastic (Suzhou) invested and set up Baoyuan Plastic (Siyang) Co., Ltd which covers even bigger area of 40,000 square meters including the workshop area of 20,000 square meters. 7 new color masterbatch production lines are running at the new company which greatly enhances the productivity of Poly Suzhou. Now the company can boast itself for the even bigger range of products.
Furthermore, the company has its independent R&D department with skillful technicians, optimized testing system and research instruments. The department shoulders wonderfully the responsibility of development of new products and the quality control for the existing products. The company is equipped with certain color testing software as Datacolor and Hunterlab; and some professional testing instruments as inflation film manufacturing machines, injection molding machines, double rollers grinding machines, color masterbatch separate testing machines and fiber spinning machines.
Insisting on the principle of“Full energy by all staff and fine work with high efficiency”, the company always attaches the most importance to the quality control. The customer-oriented QC supervising system enables the company provide specialized solutions for customers. And holing highly the special enterprise spirit of “Develop, innovate, execute and elaborate” the company has been expanding constantly and has created its own brand name of POLY successfully.
