Detailed Description
It is applied to the copper bar (∮8、∮12.5、∮14.4、∮17、∮20、∮25、∮32、∮38、∮42、∮50、∮100)and the protective sleeve of the crystallzing dish for various irregular-shaped products. This product is mainly made from graphite,it is pollution-free to molten copper and free from preheating before used (It should be kiln dried after damped).While being used after being set up ,it is not easy to be oxidized , none-explosion and none- rupture .It can be used repeatly without the defects of being oxidized easily compared with the common graphite protective sleeve or the defects of needing preheating and exploding easily compared with carborundum protective sleeve.. When the protective sleeve is set up in the crystallizer,the insulation sleeve should be installed before the protective sleeve is.The protective sleeve should be set up neither too tightly nor too loosely and not be hit by heavy things, when the graphite mould is installed , of which the threads can't be screwed completely and there should be 2-3 threads left, enlace the 2-3 threads for two circles with asbestos rope , then screw the 2-3 threads completely till the graphite mould and the bottom of the protective sleeve coincide completely,when the graphite mould is replaced , take it out and install another one with the same installing mothod ,being convinient and can prevent damaging the protective sleeve.
