Detailed Description
Raymond mill is used for ultra-fine powder processing of 280 materials, with the Moth's hardness of 7 below and humidity of 6% below, in the works of non-flammable mine, chemical, building materials and metallurgy, etc. The materials include barite, calcite, potash feldspar, pencil stone, marble, limestone, pottery and glass, etc. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 100-325 mesh.
Producing process
Firstly, raw material is transported into the grinding chamber evenly and continuously for powder-processing. Due to the centrifugal force caused by rotation, the rollers oscillate outward to press the ring, and then the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.
After grinding, the powder is brought into the analyzer by the circulation wind of blower and is classified. The rough materials are recycled by the air from the blower back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.
Because the material to be grinded contains certain moisture, the heat is made in the grinding process, then the moisture is evaporated, and the outside gas is sucked, so the cycle air pressure increase. In order to ensure the mill working in the vacuum state, the increased gas flow through the tube into the dust filter, and then is discharged into the atmosphere after purification.
