Shandong Hualian Group Co,.Ltd was established in 1999 and is located in the first village of China rubber tyres, which is 10 kms to the east of Guangrao Couinty, Dongying City, and covers an area of 2,860,000 squre meters. It emloys nearly 1000 employees, 213 of them are technicians and 16 are foreign senior engineers. Its leading products are steel cords, bead wires and nylon 6 dipped tyre cord fabrics and dipped polyester cord fabrics. The Group adopted the most advanced production equipment such as twisting machines, weaving machines etc. from abroad.In 2003, the Group invested 1.2 billion RMB and set up the 50, 000t/y radial tyre steel cord project, which is up to international standard that similar manufacturers can hardly meet. Its manufacturing capacity for steel cords and tyre cord fabrics is 100,000 t/y and 10,000 t/y.
