Huangshi Xinda Special Steel Co.,Ltd was founded in 2003, it is a professional manufacturer of special steel which gathers research and development of special steel, melting, forging, heatment, finishing treatment and detection of special steel in integral whole. It mainly deals with producing, processing, and marketing of mould steel and special steel. It is located in prosperous center of Huangshi city. It owns graceful working environment and whole set of automatic office equipment.
The factory is located in No.10, Li Jia Fang of Huangshi city. With an occupation of 3,000 square meters, it is bulit to have kinds of machining facilities such as straightening machine, milling machine, lathe, sawing machine, etc. And kinds of melting equipments such as Mid-Frequency Furnace, Electric Furnace, Electroslag Remelting Furnace, etc. Annual output is up to about 10,000 tons. The factory can manufacture series of mould steel and forging parts of mould steel such as Cr12MoV、Cr12Mo1V1(D2\SKD11)、3Cr2W8V、H13、DC53、4Cr13、5CrNiMo and so on according to customers’ requirements. It can also customize various of standards of mould steel on the basis of customers’ requirements. Besides, our company can provide hot rolled round bar, flat bar and square bar.
The manager of the company takes scientific development view as a motivation, it led the company have accumulated large quantities of senior engineers, advanced technicians and high grade masters. The manager pays attention to quality control and is strict on pruduction technology operation. It is carried out product track and scientific research. After melted by electric furnace, purified refinement by electroslag remelting furnace and heat working of forged and hot rolled by matching factories, the company could supply cold work tool steel, hot work tool steel, plastic mould steel, high speed tool steel and alloy structural steel with high quality for customers.
