Detailed Description

Cold drawn seamless precision steel tubes DIN 2391 NBK in grade ST-35 / 37.4, for automobile industry and oleohydraulic and pneumatic systems. This Standard applies to seamless precision steel tubes; and, in compliance with ISO/DIS 3304, those tube dimensions have een selectied from the range of manufactura le tu e dimensions which are mainly used as design elements If tubes having the tolerances and are produced according to the technical conditions of deivery as specified in this Standard are to e used as pipelines, then the dimensions specified in DIN 2448 may from time to time be used. These tubes must be ordered according to quality grade C. Executive Tube Standard : DIN2391 Cold drawn or cold rolled precision seamless steel tube Product particular communication: 1) Size:4 - 127 mm (OD) x 0.89 - 15mm (WT) ; 2) Tight tolerance, Smooth surface, Uniform mechanical property(Mechanical Properties equilibrium) ; 3) Heat treatment: BK, BKS, GBK, NBK,Stress Relief, Normalizing, Spheroidize Anneal, Annealing, Bright Annealing, Normalized, Quenched and Tempered, Solution Annealing, etc ; 4) Continuous stenciling as required ; 5) Rust prevention treatment and light oiled as required ; 6) Plastic plugs or caps on both ends as required ; 7) Packing Type: Round , Square, Rectangle, Hexagon. Streamline, etc. 8) Packaging: Hexagonal bundles of max. 1,500kg with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve, and sackcloth with several steel strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires. 9) Main Applications:- Fuel lines and engine conduits. - Refrigerating and heating systems. - Brakes. - Hydraulic circuits.
