Shanghai Songmai Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. We were moved to Shanghai in 2006. As a modern and industrialized enterprise engaged in plastic molds and plastic parts processing, the goal of our company is to produce the highest quality plastic injection molds and plastic parts at competitive prices.
Covering an area of 2,500 square meters, we have a team of nearly 60 staff members and workers. Our factory is equipped with various kinds of advanced facilities for mold manufacturing and inspection, such as CNC, EDM, precision grinders, precision milling machines, injection molding machines, 3D vision measuring machine, Mitutoyo checking instruments and so on. Our molds and molded parts have the support and self reliance of an in house design and engineering team. Our company employs educated and qualified designing people and toolmakers and utilizes latest and advanced production equipment, with these assets, we are able to make high quality molds and molded parts, completely satisfying the requirements of our customers.
As long as you provide 3D drawings or samples, we can manufacture the products according to your requirements. The molds designed and produced by our company cover a wide and divers scope, including household appliance, digital products, automobile accessories, medical instruments.
