Detailed Description
By using various pre-sized absorbent gauze and with 2 operators in assistance, these machines automatically do operations: cutting, edge-creasing, scissoring, folding, forming, rearranging, output, and counting quantity. They can manufacture the products according to American Standards, European Standards and other Special standards. Upon request, they provide products through single-lane, double-lanes and multi-lanes to speed-up output and work pace. They also do special technological processes like Wet-mode folding, X-ray detectable tread applying and Operand resetting (2´ operand, 3´operand, 4´ operand). For the light-model machines, they can also be converted into 3 to 4--lanes for making the 4-ply and 8-ply gauze rolls or swabs in a high efficient working style.
Main Features and Functions:
a.With an entirely-open technological process, they can be clearly and directly checked and operated, therefore ease the quality control and debugging.
b.With a steel-angle frame, they are light and rigid. Because of no welding joints and assembled components, it is convenient to be transported and installed.
c.With all of control operations under the heavy current, they can be easily used and maintained.
d.With cutting, ironing & trimming, and cross-padding, the finished sponge is flat, straight, uniform and less in germ content.
e.The width of absorbent gauze can be adjusted. Because of lateral cross-folding, it is easy to reset the operand.
f.With the wetting system, it is applicable to dry region.
g.With cyclometer counter, workload of counting the output has been eliminated.
h.Critical parts are made of high-quality hardened and tempered alloy steel. Most parts are made of high-quality heat-treated steel.
i.Major standard components, electrical and pneumatic parts are nationally qualified.(If worldly brand-name are used for those critical and wearing parts, total price of machines will be up by 3%)
j.It is economical and reliable to adjust the speed by changing the input axle sleeves of related motors.
