Yinying Button Products Co., Ltd. was established in 1989, which is located in the international city of Dongguan, Guangdong Province. After 19 years of development and expansion, Yinying has become a well-known garment accessory company with the capability of R&D, designing, manufacturing and selling. Aiming to become an international modern enterprise, our company is always firmly committed to the values of "quality is the key to survival, integrity for expansion, efficiency to win market". Due to strong R&D and sales capabilities, Yinying now is one of the leading garment accessory companies in Chinese domestic industry.
Yinying covers an area of 50 mu. In June, 2006, a first-stage new workshop with an area of 30,000 square meters was smoothly completed and formally put into production. The second stage of workshop is put into productiong with an area of 10,000 square meters in Jan 2009. All equipments and production lines are conducted with the most advanced technologies both from home and abroad. In our R&D department, currently we have nearly 300 units of punching equipments, 20 casting machines, 200 Automatic screw machines, and 4 units fine carving machines, which are all under production, mode design, blank molding, plating, panel processing, and packaging, and all procedures are highly vertical integrated.
The average consumption of coppers per month has reached the level of 200 tons, including various types of the alloy buttons, jeans buttons, rivets, press buttons, prong type snap buttons, eyelets, alloy shirt buttons, trouser hooks, belt buckles, plastic accessories, case & bag buckles, and footwear accessories. Our company has nearly 1,000 staff members, 50 senior designers and technical experts, and 16 of them hold senior qualification certificates. Strictly according to ISO9001 qualification system, our company further promotes TQM and 6S actives, which brings the best products and service to our customers. Based on marketing centre in Guangzhou City, Yinying has opened 30 stores all over the China.
