Established in 1953, Henan Huaxian Chemical Plant is one of enterprises with the longest history of producing rubber chemicals. Relying upon 50 years'business & cultural base, the plant is always the pioneer of the industrial reform of rubber chemicals. The total assets of the plant total about RMB 100 million yuan and the annual production ability is 20000 tons. The plant is a professional enterprise of producing rubber chemicals, oil field chemical assistant and dye intermediate. The output of the Henan's Excellent Quality Product ---rubber antioxidant has been listed into the first place in China. So, this plant has set up long-term & steady relationship with Guizhou Tyre Plant, Taiyuan Shuangxi Plant, Shandong Chengshan plant, Henan Fengshen Plant and other large-scale tyre manufactures and the various large-scale oilfields upon the supply & demand of the rubber antioxidant. And the rubber antioxidant has been exported to many countries and regions such as Russia, Japan, Southeast Asia, etc. Therefore, the brand is gradually internationalized.
The plant has passed the identification of ISO9001∶2000 International Quality Management System. For several years, integrating science, industry and trade into one body, the powerful system has formed in the fields of scientific research, development, production, quality control and market service. Nowadays, the plany has developed the insoluble sulfur for rubber vulkacit with the type of IS-60 and IS-90 according to the requirement of development of tyre trade; the products has good market potential. The development of the insoluble sulfur for rubber vulkacit makes the plant step firmly to chemical industry and high science & technology.
