Due to the unnecessary loss caused by the abnormal high pressure protection failure or compressor failure, as the Water-Source Heat Pump Systerm meet a sudden disruption of water flows (such as cooling water pumps stop by the accident, the water solenoid valve of air conditioner suddenly shut down, or other sudden water interception). When heating, the heat exchanger frozen because of the sudden water interception.
