Brief introduction:
Steel wool is a new developed friction material since 1970’s. It replaces asbestos as a better friction material used in brakes and clutches.
This HT-510B production line is special for producing steel wool (or copper wool)
1) There are 4 cutting workstaions, total comprised of 60/72 cutting frames, can be operated by 4-5 workers.
2) Equipped with 92KW AC stepless motor, easy operation
3) By using raw material 3.0mm steel wire, 0000-5# total 9 series steel wools can be produced. Productivity can be 240-300 kg per hour.
4) Area needed for the line: about 25m x 3.5m
Detailed Description:
1) The steel wool machine also named steel fiber machine. It is for producing steel wool from 0000# to 5#. The machine can be used for producing various smash Steel (Copper, Aluminium) Fibers, which can be widely used in the half metal friction slice and brake of planes, trains, cars and motorcycles and other movement machinery. It can also produce Reeled Low Carbon Steel Wools, which can be used in sanding, finish and preparation, planning for wood furniture rough, polishing before painting and as the ideal family-used cleaners.
