Shandong Loften Aluminium foil Co.,Ltd was established in August, 2000 and located in high-tech industrial zone of Boxing county in Shandong province with 225,000m2 factory area. As a high-tech corporation, LOFTEN has passed the authentication of ISO9001 and ISO40001 and is titled as “Confucian Businessmen Corporation”. The single bright-sided cold molding lamination foil which is solely researched and developed by LOFTEN is recognized as the Important New Product by Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC, Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, General Administration of Quality Supervision of the PRC, Inspection and Quarantine of PRC, Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PRC. The double zero aluminium foil is listed into the National Torch Program. As the material for food and drug packing, the aluminium foil produced by Shandong Loften Aluminium Foil Co.,Ltd has passed the authentication of FDA. The aluminium foil under the brand “LOFTEN” is named as the famous brand product in Shandong Province, and the brand “LOFTEN” is chosen as Shandong Famous Brand by the Industry & Commerce Administration Bureau of Shandong Province
LOFTEN is equipped with 4 sets of foil mills, 5 sets of casters, 1 set of cold mill and 1 set of foil coating mill. We have brought in advanced Digital Gauge-control System and Flatness-control system from USA and UK. We are also equipped with advanced separators, grinding machines, annealing furnaces as the assistant facilities. LOFTEN’s comprehensive capacity is 40,000MT per year for aluminium foil and 50,000MT per year for aluminium sheet & plate Now LOFTEN has become one large-scale comprehensive corporation manufacturing aluminium foil, sheet & plate.
The aluminium foil products produced by LOFTEN have already exported to various countries and areas like Europe, America, Australia, Mid-east, South-east Asia, Hongkong, Taiwan, etc. Based on the statistics by the Association of Chinese non-ferrous Metal processing Indsutry, the output of pharmaceutical foil produced by LOFTEN ranks the first and the output of household foil produced by LOFTEN ranks the second over the nation. In March’2008, LOFTEN was titled as Top Ten Aluminium Foil Manufacturers in Year 2007.
