Product Description The product is a high efficient textile antibacterial finishing agent that adopts colorless transparent Nano-Sliver solution has very strong antimicrobial function. It is widely used for finishing treatment after anti-washing and long time antimicrobial treatment of various textiles such as cotton, blended fabrics, chemical fiber, nonwoven cloth and leather and so on. In case of no change on texture, color and state of textile, its bacteriostatic rate may keep 99.9%. Product Features Appearance: Colorless transparent solution Particle size : arounf 10nm PH: Neutral 6-7 (1% water solution) Ionic ：　Negative Antimicrobial capability: High efficient broad-spectrum sterilization, tested by related authorized department such as SGS, the bacteriostatic effect reaches 99.99%. in 24 hours ， the antimicrobial rate is 99.9% Broad-spectrum antimicrobial, it can kill many kinds of bacterials. Method of Application It may use spraying, padding and dipping methods for antimicrobial treatment of textile. 1. Directly spraying on the textile surface and drying. 2. Padding method: Applicable for all padding textile. Process flow: Dipping- roll-padding- drying- packing 3. Dipping method: Applicable for knitted fabrics (towel, bath towel, socks, masks, bed sheet, quilt cover, and dinner cloth, etc. ), ready-made clothes (cotton sweater, shirt, undershirt and underwear, etc. ) and hospital used textile. Process flow: Dipping-- dehydration--drying. Usage 3-5%WT for the weight of textiles 1. Rolling drying craftwork, the use concentration is 15-30g/l, one dip, one rolling , rolling solution rate is 70%. Normal case-hardened craftwork 2. Dipping craftwork, 70% with solution, use concentration 15-30g/l, normal temperature to make it dry. Normal case-hardened craftwork. 3. Spraying craftwork, use concentration is 20-40g/l , spraying both sides. 4. Making dry temperature is 150-170 centigrade.
