Weihai Guangwei Composites Co., Ltd,once called Plain Fishing Rod Factory of Carbon,founded in 1971,is the main subsidiary of Weihai Guangwei Group Co.,Ltd Weihai Guangwei Composites Co.,Ltd is a mordern intergrative company concentrated with manufactures,research and tradement. It has past ISO9001:2000 Quality management Certificate and gained High-Tech Enterprise Certificate.Our main products are epoxy resin carbon fiber prepreg,glass fabric prepreg (including E glass fiber and S glass fiber)basalt fiber prepreg,various carbon fiber composite products,fishing rods,paints,resin,fishing clothes,fishing accessories,and so on. It is one of the most professional manufacturers in China.
Now the company employs more than 1000 empolyees,among them there are more than 150 technical personnel including senior technicians and experts and college graduates.The factory occupies an area of 146520 square meters,among which over 80,000 square meters are floor areas .The company enjoys transportation convenience,advanced telecommuniations and an overall state-of-the-art facility.
The equipments used in producing prepregs are as follows:
1. Equipments for prepreg production: 2 sets of mixing apparatus (one imported from America); 2 sets of coating machines (one imported from Japan); 3 sets of prepreg machines (one imported from Japan).
2. 20 sets of rheometers, dynamic mechanical analyzers and other test equipments.
3. The annual output is over 10 million square meters of fabric (available width 1000mm).
4. We have the ability to custom tailor special woven prepreg for customers for various applications which include wind-power generation, ship-building and automobiles.
The new research center in our factory for composite materials utilizes the most advanced production equipments and complete accurate inspection equipments. We have a first-class technologically advanced operation for producing various materials in China. We can produce various high quality fibers and provide excellent service.
