It can be easily assembled with screws, and dismantled into several pieces which can save much freight and minimize the cost of on-site labour. The dimension, furniture, kitchen and bathroom can all be customized. The steel structure makes the house resisting heavy wind of 120km/h and earthquake within 7 grades.
