Our company established in 1989,specializing in design,manufacture the die bonding sealant;constant temperature and impluse heat seal,hot riveting,convex on the plastic thin film, benchmark hole drilling machine,testing machines and so on.
The products are used by many large electron factories both in HongKong and mainland in the fields of HEAT、SEAL、FPC、ACF、COG, die bonding sealant ,and vision feedback clamping system for years,they can also adjust the location by using stepping,servo system practically.the design of this machine used advanced software to make 3D stimulation, and the product involves various principles, such as pneumatic, hydraulic pressure, microelectronic industrial control,chemistry and 0ptics. All the products which we Process with Mitsubishi CNC machine need to be strictly test by QC department and updated continuely. In the other hand, we also apply the technical proposal and support.Our company owns AB510 bonding machines,taking on bonding, SMT,hot press,hot riveting ,soldering and assembling, so we are not only the user but also the manufacturer.
