Through years’ hard work, Kwongmay suddenly rises in the industry. At the end of 2002, in order to adapt to the self development and clients’ demands, the factory invested RMB 30 million to build new factory covering land area of 20mu (about 13,000sq.m) in Zhongshan Xiaolan Industrial Area, instead of the primary rented workshops of 4,000sq.m. And it established Zhongshan Kwongmay Plastic Package Co., Ltd. According to ISO9001 international quality system, the workshop adopts closed environment protective air conditioner and purifying equipment. The company develops and manufactures plastic tube containers, screen painting and aluminum-plastic laminated tubes to meet the clients’ demands. At present, the company owns exported forming production lines ,such as advanced single-layer, double-layer, and five-layer plastic composite tube extruders, computer-controlled vertical injection machines, and hot runner system mold, etc; adopts four-color and six-color automatic ultraviolet (UV), thermo-curing (31N1) drying printing machines, ultraviolet multicolor screen printing technique. Additionally, it is equipped with exported external and internal electro-thermic sealing machines and gilding presses, etc, with specs of Φ60, Φ50, Φ45, Φ40, Φ38, Φ35, Φ30, Φ25, Φ22, Φ19, Φ16 and Φ13mm. The exquisite plastic tube containers are widely used in cosmetics, chemical industry, medicine, toothpaste and foodstuff, etc.
