SYC,which first produced packaging film in Korea in 1973,has placed an emphasis on research and development for high value-added competitive new products with its accumulated experience and technology.
AS a result,SYC became the first company in Korea and the fifth in the world to develop an ultra thin film for capacitors in 1989.This attracted the attention of the world as well as the domestic market,and in the meantime,ti contributed to the replacement of imports in the domestic capacitor market.
From 2006,STC will lead the film industry in the world by commercializing super ultra thin BOPP Film,one of the most essential materials in environment-friendly hybrid cars.
