REVERSE OSMOSIS CHEMICALS LEADBOND 2000 Antiscalant and dispersant for RO membrane LEADBOND 2000 is a kind of high scale inhibitor. It inhibits scale deposition by increasing the solubility of calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, barium sulphate, strontium sulphate and silican scale in water. It can also effectively inhibit iron scale. As a high scale inhibitor LEADBOND 2000 is widely used in various water treatment system, such as slightly salt water and brackish water systems, esp. suited to membrane equipment. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS 1. Effectively control calcium carbonate scale. At the condition of no acid addition, the allowable maximum LSI is 3.2. Meanwhile, effectively control the scaling tendency of calcium sulphate, barium sulphate and strontium sulphate in a large concentration range. 2. Decrease the amount of acid added and substitute for the conventional acid addition method. 3. It is suited to various membranes. 4. It is effective for the supplied water with its PH in a range of 5~10. PHYSI-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES 1. Appearance: Clean brown liquid 2. PH: 9.50±1.0 3. Specific gravity(20℃): 1.15±0.05 4. Water-solubility: Soluble in water at any ratio. STORAGE REQUIREMENT It should be stored in a shady, cool and dry place at a temperature of 0~65℃。 APPLICATION FIELD 1. ATTENTIONS FOR DOSING 1. The actual capability of the dosing pump must be calibrated before it is put into operation; 2. It must be stirred for 15~20 minutes during the dosing. 3. The dosing tank should be cleaned periodically to prevent the bacteria.
