PGTS001 ( Additive masterbatch for blown transprent film) summary: PGTS001 master batch apply to blow transparent film. With LLDPE carrier resin and new multi-functional micro particle filler, it is manufactured by special processing techniques. It contains no small-molecule dispersant. Adding this master batch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film blowing process, have small impact on transparence, It can effectively enhance extruders productivity and physical and mechanical properties of the blown film itself. Applies to less than one millimeter thickness containers also have small impact on transparence. Addition rate suggestion The addition rate for PGTS001 and PGTS002 is 5%~30%, If that is multi-extrusion, is proposed to add in core layer.
