YZT203 (Stiffness Masterbatch) Made with BOPP film-grade homopolymer PP as the carrier, YZT203 is multi-functional additive masterbatch used in BOPP cigarette film production as well as in the production of BOPP shrinkage film and twist film. Physical Properties The carrier resin is all film-grade homopolymer PP. Caused by the difference between measuring instruments, measuring accuracy and normal fluctuations in production, the actual values may change) Applications： Stiffening agents from different manufacturers are adopted for YZT203 and no apparent difference occurs during application. They have good compatibility with polyolefin and can remarkably improve the barrier property, stiffness, heat-seal property, heat shrinkage, processing performance, transparency, economic benefit, etc. the shrinkage of the BOPP film can be controlled based on different amounts to be put in and the productive techonology. They an also be used ordinary BOPP film to increase Young,s Modulus and heat shrinkage performance. Addition rate suggestion： The addition rate is at 5%~30% in the core layer, Optimal addition rate has to be verified by trials Compatibility： YZT203 have good compatibility with PP. Package： Packed by moisture-proof paper-pp composite bag. Standard weight: 25Kg/bag. Storage： This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25℃. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
