Haiyan Zhongda Electronic Material Co. Ltd is affiliated to the Zhejiang Jiaxing Zhongda Group Co. Ltd. The company has an independent legal entities and produces any kind of Stainless Steel Band which is of own grade of steel and spec ,Yearly producing the Stainless Steel Band more than 10000 tons. It has an integrated production line,including steel refining, fogging, hot-rolled, blooming, cold-rolled and bright heat treatment,and has seven milling production line of stainless steel.To abtain the high quality product which is of better shape of strip and higher accuracy,it adopts HC400 Six-roller Reversing Cold Mill and Twelve-roller Reversing Cold Mill which are full automatic computer thickness measurement and widen equipment, which are controlled by the CT’s All Digital Control Driver in England and Omron’s PC Controller in Japan. Since 1987, accumulates abundant steel making experience that is more than ten years. To consider of the consumer demand of material mass, elaborates each furnace of steel,and Stainless Steel Band of producing is an important material which is of corrosion resisting construction. By the predominance of certify of material mass and great variety of goods,it enioys alpine recption at manufacturing and using material industry of chemical towers, chemical stuffing material,having more than 30 percent market share.Product involving big four series,including chemical industry, civilian use, recision alloy and superhard ultrathin special type material,which applys to chemical, petroleum, printing and dying, fertilizer, vessel, atomec enegy, electronic equipment, paper machinery, container, fastener and stamping, architecture and embellishment and so on.
